Dear Parents and Carers,

Some Nursery families have set up their Bromcom account this week. Others have tried and found the system will not let them in. The county is still adding families, which explains why some of you are on and some are not. I learned this today. I am sorry for the delay.

If your account will not activate yet, please bear with us. The county is working through the list now and you should be on within days.

One thing you can check

Every family must complete the county's data collection form. Without it you will never appear on Bromcom, whatever else you try. The form still carries the name SIMS, our old system. It is the right form.

If you have already sent the form in, there is no need to fill it in again.

If you are still stuck on Friday

Tell me before the end of this week if you still cannot get into Bromcom, and I will chase it with the county.
