Clwb y Gollen returns on Wednesday 2 September. How you book it changes this year.

Bookings are open today

You book and pay through MyChildAtSchool. School Gateway no longer takes bookings for Clwb y Gollen.

Search "MyChildAtSchool" in the App Store or Google Play. If you have not set up your account, contact the office and we will send your invitation code again. You cannot book until your account is live.

Book as you go

Book each session before your child attends, and pay when you book. Balances no longer run on through the term for settling later.

Bookings close five days before a session. To cancel, do it in the app, again five days before the night. We staff the club on the numbers booked, so we cannot refund a session cancelled after that point. If your child is off sick, we credit the session back to your account. The school register is our evidence and we do not ask for a sick note.

The price

£7 a session.

Where three brothers and sisters attend on the same night, one place is free. If one of the three is off that night, the other two pay in full and we do not credit the missed session.

Open to every family

Last year's places do not carry over. Every family books from the same list, first come first served. If particular nights matter to you, book today.

Nursery children

Clwb y Gollen is not open to Nursery. One exception stands: a Nursery child with an older brother or sister already at the school may attend.

If that is your family, email the office with both children's names. Nursery children do not reach our register until the start of September, so we add them to the booking list then. Nights may have gone by that point, and unfortunately I can do nothing about it.

Employer or college funded childcare

If your employer or your college pays for your childcare, please contact the office before booking.

Money owed from last year

Please clear your School Gateway balance by Monday 31 August. School Gateway closes after that date.

Clearing it before the end of the month would help me a great deal.

Between now and 31 August you pay the usual amount for the sessions you book. Old balances move across to MyChildAtSchool after the deadline, so a booking you make in future may come to more than the sessions alone.

If you owe a substantial amount, Clwb y Gollen will not appear in your MyChildAtSchool. The club's rules prevent carrying a large debt. You must clear it to keep using the club.

If you have credit sitting on School Gateway, we move it across to your MyChildAtSchool account. You need do nothing.

If you cannot clear what you owe by 31 August, contact the school and we will sort something out.
